What does this EA do?

This EA draws our proprietary Currency Trends Meter in your MT4 chart. You can learn more about our currency trends meter at this URL – click here for live currency trends meter on our site.

Installation help video

Following YouTube video will explain to you step-by-step how to install this EA on your MT4 chart. If you watch this video, you don’t really need to read the rest of the readme file as it explain the same steps very clearly. Hope you find this video useful. Input parameters:

Name of variable	Explanation of what it is for	Possible values
siteurl	This is the URL to which the EA will be talking to get the currency trends data. Keep it default – don’t change it. Don’t forget to add this URL to the allowed URLs in your MT4 or the connection will NOT work! You can learn how to add a URL to list of allowed URL in MT4 here – step-by-step guide for adding URL to allowed URLs in MT4.	URL given by default. Don’t change this.
apikey	This is the API secret key to connect to the URL above and get the currency signals successfully. Wrong or missing key will mean that the EA will not be able to get the signals successfully. To get the key, you need to create a free account at - https://fightforex.info/currencystrengthchart/members/?r=FIGHTForex_CurrencyTrendsMeter_V1	There can be only one possible value. It is the key you get when you log in to your account at the URL mentioned in the column on left. If you already got the key when you received this package, you need not create a new account. We may have already created one for you.

Installation Steps

Please follow carefully and completely. THIS INSTALLATION IS NOT EASY! Take a cup of coffee and give it some dedicated time 😊

1. Unzip the contents of the package in a folder on your machine. Keep this folder open.

2. Add the URL https://fightforex.info/currencystrengthchart/index.php to the list of allowed URLs in your MT4. If you don’t know how to do this, refer to our step-by-step guide for adding URL to allowed URLs in MT

3. Ensure the above step is successfully done – double-check the URL is showing the list of allowed URL in your MT4. This is critical. EA will not work without this.

4. Ensure you have a valid API key that you can use. Refer to the input variables section above to learn how to get the API key if you don’t have it already. The EA will not work without a valid API key.

5. Open any chart in your MT4 – it does not matter which currency pair. Open any currency pair chart.

6. Add the EA to the chart you opened in the step above. If you don’t know how to do this, refer to our step-by-step guide on how to add an EA to MT4 chart article. Input the API key acquired in step 4 above against the API key variable in the input variables list. This is the only variable you will have to set. Other one should already have the URL value. No need to change anything there.

7. You should see the something similar to below screenshot.
